The levels
How do you know where to start?

We have beginner classes for each apparatus, Poledance, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks/Hammock. And in each we have a list of tricks. To improve to the next level you would need to be able to succeed the right amount of tricks of the list.

Why do we do it this way you ask?
​
Well, some people are more strong and others are more flexible, that should not stop them from being able to go to the next level! We can build on both in any level. Ofcourse you are always allowed to join a class below the level you have passed if you feel like you are missing a specific skill and we can work on them. Below you will see the list for each apparatus:
Poledance
Poledance is sport where you use a pole to show flexibility and strength.
Beginner: 1
Where you don’t need to be able to do anything, yet
High Beginner: 2
Where you need to be able to do 7 tricks off the list.
Intermediate: 3
Where you need to be able to do 15 tricks off the list. All * tricks must feel comfortable
High intermediate: 4
Where you need to be able to do 40 tricks off the list.
Advanced : 5
Where you need to be able to do 55 tricks off the list.
