What do I bring

For my first class

Here you will find everything you need to know about joining any of the classes.

Whether you like to do Poledance, Aerial Silks, Hoop or Flexibility class.

 â€‹

In every class, we advise you to:

Take off jewellery, this includes watches. We do this so that both your jewellery and our equipment doesn't get damaged, and to ensure nothing gets stuck.

Warm up and Cool down. We will do so in the classes, and you will learn some efficient techniques to keep you injury-free!

You will get sore and probably bruised in the start, that is normal and it will get better over time!

However effortless some of it might look, it will take a couple tries and that is absolutely fine! We all start somewhere, so remember to enjoy the journey!

Poledance

You are recommended to wear some shorts, many of us wear bikinis as long as it supports enough.

Don't wear oils or lotion on the day. It is going to stop you from sticking to the pole and will be dangerous!

If you feel slidy you can clean your hands and the pole with a towel sprayed with some cleaning solution. (Don't spray directly on the pole)

Flexibility

Wear whatever makes you feel able to move freely,

Preferably something that will keep you warm at the same time, so that your muscles stay warm and pliable.

Aerial Hoop, Silks and Hammock

For the aerials, we recommend wearing leggings and long sleeves. It is not mandatory, but helps with comfort as well as hygiene.
