Service Description
Stretching is an 55 minute class where you learn different techniques on how to become more flexible. The main things we work on are Front splits, Middle splits and Backbends. In every class you will get a 15 minute warm up followed by 40 minutes of various stretches. Always feel free to aks your instuctor any questions and tips. The instructor will chose what to stretch each day.
